By accessing or using Quick CredPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding financial agreements in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Creation
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Use of Services
You may use Quick CredPal solely for lawful financial activities. Unauthorized or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Fees and Charges
Applicable processing, administrative, or transaction fees are disclosed clearly before confirmation of any service request.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quick CredPal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where required by law.

All platform content, branding, and technology are proprietary to Quick CredPal and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for compliance reasons, with or without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without prejudice to local consumer rights.
